My mother has been receiving home care visits from Bluebird for over three years. I have found that the standard and consistency of care provided has been exemplary. Mum's main carer has been consistently there for Mum and providing feedback as necessary. Thank you all so much for all the hard work.

Our mother received a daily care package from Blue Bird Care at Bromley. This care package lasted for some two years. During this time, we found that the regular carers assigned for our mother were extremely professional in the way they delivered their care. Also, they were very good in their communications to us, updating us on needs and requirements, for our mother, as they developed. Overall service is satisfactory. Frequent changes of carer are difficult. I recently had eight different staff in one week and two of whom were new to me. Timings change vary up to one hour and I would prefer morning visit to be about 10 am and evening around 6 pm.

As we’re visiting twice a day, we allocate a team of carers so there’s usually a familiar face as a back-up if needed. I am truly grateful to Bluebird's carer and all other staff who continue to go above and beyond to look after my mum's daily care. This last year has been so difficult for everyone, yet this brilliant team has never let us down. There have even been a few laughs along the way, lots of kindness, and of course, the all-important diligence. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you.

We are happy and comfortable with our carers. They carry out the tasks we have asked them to do, at the same time as being friendly and chatty. We like the process of 'openness' so we can be kept informed.

Regarding your last comment, I think you're referring to open pass, the family app side of the PASSsystem, our digital Care Plan management platform, which gives approved relatives, friends and advocates access to daily care notes, the weekly roster and the full care plan. This app is a standard feature of our service and is free to use for all customers/family groups, should they wish. Many thanks once again.

Mums care has been excellent throughout - she has had several carers visiting, and all have been thorough, respectful, but friendly. Reasons have been given when carers have not been able to attend, and alternatives have been introduced.

My wife is a dementia patient, so far me the most important aspects of care is interaction and communication. Bluebird carers all like talking to patients.
Good in some way so I can see someone is coming in daily. Should have clean flat and bathroom on a daily basis. Now it seems like I don't have a carer daily. At present I can see laundry bag is full, the floor is dirty so carer should have looked at this. Since I have not had a shower for the last 3 days now due to bathroom repairs so carer should have focussed on different things like sweeping floor, cleaning the toilet, change bed liner, clean dirty
