Good to have face-to-face contact with a member of office staff. Able to discuss issues and concerns openly. Very pleasant meeting.

I have had ladies from Bluebird for three months now, for one hour each morning. At the beginning I used to receive a letter telling me who would be coming and at what time, this has now stopped. The ladies are kind and helpful, but I do wish I knew what time they were coming. I am happy for any time between 8am - 9:30 but 10am is rather late for my breakfast.

Bluebird has provided a very reliable service. They have never not shown up. The carers are kind and professional. No hesitation in recommending it.

Pleased with the experience as I usually have the same carer coming to the home. Sometimes appointments have to be altered and I'm not always informed by phone about this.

My mother has been receiving home care visits from Bluebird for over three years. I have found that the standard and consistency of care provided has been exemplary. Mum's main carer has been consistently there for Mum and providing feedback as necessary. Thank you all so much for all the hard work.

Our mother received a daily care package from Blue Bird Care at Bromley. This care package lasted for some two years. During this time, we found that the regular carers assigned for our mother were extremely professional in the way they delivered their care. Also, they were very good in their communications to us, updating us on needs and requirements, for our mother, as they developed.
