Good in some way so I can see someone is coming in daily. Should have clean flat and bathroom on a daily basis. Now it seems like I don't have a carer daily. At present I can see laundry bag is full, the floor is dirty so carer should have looked at this. Since I have not had a shower for the last 3 days now due to bathroom repairs so carer should have focussed on different things like sweeping floor, cleaning the toilet, change bed liner, clean dirty

While you do have visits Mon-Fri, it seems housework has only been requested on certain days, though we acknowledge that on the days on which it is carried out, it is not being done to a high enough standard. Staff are friendly and carry out their duties professionally and pleasantly. They are reliable and can be depended on.

The staff are generally very helpful and caring. The carers are patient and understanding of my difficulties. They mostly arrive punctually - this only doesn't happen because of circumstances beyond their control e.g. traffic problems. The organisation is reliable and professional.

I have been very impressed by the care and support I have recently had form Bluebird. Care was professional and met my needs, which were pretty straightforward. Carers were friendly and punctual and did everything I needed them to do. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if I needed to.
