This a special and difficult review to write. At the best worst times of you life you see and become to know who you can rely on, trust and value. I say this sincerely. I cannot put into words, when I think about so many moments, daily support, the appreciation and gratitude and love I feel for the those who supported my mum and family. In my experience this is a reliable and helpful Care Provider. Nothing is too much trouble. Carers with Bluebird are versatile, cheerful and help in so many ways. Personally they 'lighten the load' of my several health issues because I know they will help, make useful suggestions .and cheer me up. Sometimes a Carer will ,accompany me to a medical appointment which gives me confidence the visit will be smooth and without worry. We have only recently started to use Bluebird to help my mum remain living independently, after a recommendation by one of my mum's friends. My initial enquiry was treated very efficiently and as we needed assistance within a few days, an initial visit to draw up a plan was accommodated at short notice. We have used Bluebird care for around 2 weeks,my husband has mobility problems and needs assistance going to bed and gettingup in a morning.I have had spinal surgery so am ,at present,unable to assist my husband.In a very short space of time we have come to think of the carers as friends.They have looked after my husband,and me, beautifully and would recommend them 100%.Thankyou Bluebird....

A wonderful service from Bluebird Care (Bury). The staff that have visited are professional, caring, and highly attentive to my mother's needs. I was initially a bit nervous of personal care assistants coming in to help my mother shower. However, the team has been absolutely wonderful, it has brought me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. I can recommend the service provided from them.

Bluebird Care have been supporting my mother since last summer. They are caring and reliable. Both the staff and the management team are very flexible in their approach - which gives me added confidence knowing that whatever unexpected surprises there are it will be manageable between us. A reliable and caring service. Extra requests for Carer assistance have always been provided. Pleasantly. Carers are efficient and well trained. In my experience they meet a range of needs, are friendly and courteous. I am very happy with the service provided by Bury Bluebird.

Great care for my 92 year old aunt with failing memory. I am the closest relative but live over an hour distant. We wanted to provide her with the reassurance that all was well with her and that the basics (food, shopping, laundry) were covered and also that she had another friendly face to see between my fortnightly visits. The Bluebird Team were super at listening to my aunt and helping her make the transition to having carers easy. This is allowing her to live independently rather than in residential care. Thank you.

We have had a variety of carers over our first two weeks with Bluebird. They have all been lovely & have taken good care of my husband in the mornings when they get him up, washed & dressed & help him from bedroom to bathroom & then to the lounge where he has his special chair. Similarly the reverse happens in the evenings. Bluebird don't come cheap but from our first experiences, they are worth it
