For the past few months but in particular the recent weeks towards the end of her life all the carers showed my mother great care and kindness. Because of their professionalism, knowledge and compassion we were able to keep my mother at home as she wanted. All the carers I met, the support staff and management are friendly and approachable. As you would expect with a care company some carers are better than others but overall I would say the standard is very good and would not hesitate in recommending them.

We were lucky to have Bluebird Care for 3 years. Over that period Mum built up strong bonds with many of her carers and those carers were absolutely wonderful with Mum particularly during the last 3 months where she needed additional care. I was very touched that in Mums final days the carers were so kind to both myself and Mum, they sat and spoke gently to Mum and held her hand, they looked after her personal care with dignity and respect. We started getting Bluebird carers in a couple of months ago to help mum prepare her lunch, check she's taken her medication, tidy up the kitchen and wash any breakfast pots and have a little chat with her. They have all arrived around the time agreed and not let us down. They use the key safe to let themselves in and so far this is working well for mum. Care in the morning for my wife is excellent. We have the same lady most mornings. The care in the PM not quite as good as there are lots of different staff.
