Bluebirds have been looking after my uncle since lockdown began in March 2020. As soon as I contacted them they were able to put in place a package of care that was patient-centered and has met his needs. Although I live 500 miles away and unable to visit I have access to his notes which enables me to regularly read how things are. Over the last 6 months, his needs have changed and I have been able to work with Bluebird at being able to alter the frequency and duration of visits that are required. We had care come to grandmother, she didn’t have care for long but we are very happy with the service. The carers come and they speak to her very nicely and they ask her what she wanted to eat and give her independence. They are very nice and we are very happy with the service they give to her.

Bluebird provide care for my mother who lives in Midhurst. As I live quite a distance away it is a blessed relief to know that she has these angels visiting her three times a day. They are amazing and the care they deliver is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have carers. They make her feel comfortable and safe and give her the independence and confidence to be able to do things for herself.
I'm happy with the carers. they are all caring and polite.
Satisfied with the care received, only concern is that the weekends lack staff and shifts are left uncovered.
Everything is going well. Care is being provided as care plan.
All staff are respectful and helpful. We have few carers in particular who are friendly, helpful and very caring. The office staff are also very helpful and go beyond what they need to do to help out.
Thorough, professional and key questions asked. Listened to feedback and made note of concerns regarding timings of visits. A very positive experience.
