With increasing frailty, it became evident that my mother needed that extra help and support in her latter years. We were fortunate to have Bluebird recommended to us; they never let my mother down and helped her with a reassuring, gentle but firm hand, providing all the aid she required.

Overall very pleased with the care provided. All the carers I met seemed very pleasant and professional. Being able to see the carer's reports online is good so you get a daily update on how the client is doing.

Bluebird has offered excellent support to my wife and has been both caring and well organised. They have been both supportive and flexible, dependent on particular needs. Bluebird has provided excellent care for our elderly aunt whose health has been slowly deteriorating over the past year. We live some distance away. The communication has been first class. I have electronic access to the carer's visit records which provides clear feedback on our aunt's health and wellbeing, providing reassurance during these difficult times. After a rocky start, (mum wouldn’t accept she needed help), things have gone from not too good to excellent due to the visiting carers building up a wonderful caring relationship with mum. She now really welcomes their visits and sees the carers as friends. The lovely girls always ensure mum is bathed, in clean clothes, oversee her taking her meds, make her meals ensuring she has a good variety of choice, do the washing and ironing, keep the flat clean and chat to her.
