I am pleased with the service. The helpers I have had have been helpful, organised and kind. They understood what was expected of them. Meals were varied and on time.

I have a "very caring" live in Carer. He is very attentive to my needs. He is always on hand when I call him. He assists me with my toileting and showering and prepares three meals a day for me; breakfast, lunch and dinner. He also washes my bed clothes and personal clothes. He is meticulous in ensuring my personal hygiene and that of the kitchen and my bedroom and its en-suite toilet and bathroom. Bluebird Care have provided excellent home care for my sister over the past few years. The staff are always friendly & caring. Amount of care is regularly monitored & I particularly like the App which gives me access to the carers notes as I live 170 miles from my sister I am able to check how she is each day.

My sister has been using Bluebird Care for over a year now and I am so impressed by them. They are always available and very adaptable and accommodating especially in emergency situations. For example, when my sister was ill one weekend they were able to arrange extra care visits immediately. Her care needs are reviewed frequently and any changes made as necessary. I really cannot fault the care that my sister gets from the staff at Bluebird. They are all so kind and thoughtful and I know that my sister is very fond of them and relies on them heavily. From a personal perspective everyone I have dealt with has been exceptionally kind and helpful and has instilled me with confidence about the quality of the care that my sister receives.
