The agency was really good at communication.. the care was all good and caring.. no issues at all with the agency.. 100% content... The agency helped us look after mum whilst we decided on options. I am a good judge of care as I am a qualified nurse.
Bluebirds were very professional and efficient, carrying out an assessment of my mother's needs. The carer is very good at looking after my mother who has advanced dementia and can be very challenging. Bluebirds also provide care notes of every visit which are very helpful at determining if there are any issues.

Bluebird came to the rescue! We needed care for my Father within days and I felt very stressed by the situation. I telephoned Bluebird and I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders, as the administration team were so helpful and efficient. They had a care package (a complex one as my Father needs full personal care) up and running within days. Bluebirds looked after my mother during the last fifteen months of her life. I was recommended to use the agency by medical professionals who were supporting Mum. The introduction process was friendly but professional with information recorded and shared. The carers themselves were absolutely lovely. Mum was initially quite reluctant, not wanting to admit that she needed this help, but they soon won her round and became friends. My aunt has been well looked after by the lovely, reliable and trustworthy staff. They have established a good relationship with her as well as fulfilling her care needs. Those in the office have always been helpful when I have had an enquiry. I am happy to recommend Bluebird Care Epsom and Kingston.

My mother used Bluebird Care Epsom & Kingston, for quite a number of months to assist her with her general care and washing/showering, after moving into a retirement apartment on her own. She always found the carer to be considerate and very helpful, and they always arrived on time. Staff at Bluebird Sutton have done a fantastic job in caring for a lady who has been bedbound for the past three years. As well as being kind and caring, and always reliable, they even helped with looking after her pet bird, helping the lady feel reassured that he was clean and well-fed. It has been easy to work with the office to make arrangements and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Overall very good, we've used Bluebird previously in Devon and they were good then. Choose to use again in Epsom and like any care company you need to match the carer with the client. Sometimes it requires two or three visits to find the one that works best. The various carers have all been very polite, efficient and really nice people which has been great. We have always been very happy with the care provided by Bluebird Care Epsom & Kingston. I have found the administrative side very good - easily contactable, friendly and flexible. My mum has been very happy with all her carers, she has liked them all and found them accommodating. She described her main carer as a 'gem'. When my mum had developed an infection her carer noticed she wasn't quite herself and reported this, her doctor and myself were notified immediately and so she was treated promptly.
