I found all the Bluebird staff looked after my brother with care and understanding over the last 2 years. In his final few weeks, he was treated with dignity and it was a great help to me that I knew he was in such good hands. How do you put a price on such good care, I think your staff were wonderful.

For nearly six weeks, carers from Bluebird cared for my terminally ill mother. They showed such skill and empathy for both Mum and ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for the live-in carers and those who supported them. They also skilfully managed Mum’s complex medical needs and medication. The care managers were very supportive too. My 98 year old mother needed full time care in her own flat. I contacted Bluebird on a referral. They were proactive throughout, found a very good carer who understood my mother and took her role seriously. Bluebird responded to any issues, kept me posted and overall very satisfied with the service. I have recommended them to others.

After shortlisting several care providers for our father we selected Bluebird Care and have been very happy with the care they have delivered (which our family would rate at 4 Star ++). I can only congratulate Bluebird Care on the staff they have working for them. They are so respectful, courteous, warm and incredibly caring to both my parents. My parents now look forward to their visits and feel like their friends are visiting not just carers. I cannot recommend them enough. The care and support given to my mum over the past 4 years have been excellent. The carers genuinely care and want to do their best, trying to encourage her even on difficult days, and managing to provide her with breakfast and medications.
