For the first time, today, I saw an article in the local press, praising carers. This is long overdue, as the care, respect, patience and compassion offered by Bluebird Care staff is equal to any professional service and should be acknowledged as such. It doesn't matter which carer comes to help me with my custom-made garments, they make so light of their time during which we usually have a giggle, with each one of the staff you know anything that you discuss with them will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Bluebird carers have looked after mum in the mornings and evenings over the last two years. They were all friendly, caring and respectful and never failed to turn up. Mum was extremely independent and the Bluebird carers allowed her to stay at home, which is where she wanted to be, right up until a few days before she passed away. We are so grateful to them.

We've had one principal live-in carer, who was so kind to my father. She was flexible, knowledgeable, well-trained and fun! We've also had several ladies who took over when she wanted a break. All were lovely. I can't say anything bad about any of them. The office ladies have also been extremely helpful during a difficult period with Dad. I'd recommend BlueBird without hesitation.

I needed to find a little extra help for mum at home who is very independent but has started forgetting things. The carer has been visiting mum for 3 weeks now and it has given me great peace of mind to know someone kind is popping in to check on her, do any tasks she is struggling with and chatting to her I have found all the staff very professional and extremely customer-focused Thank you to everyone at Bluebird in Wallingford.

We have been using the services of Bluebird since a few weeks before Christmas. My mother at 98 is still fairly active but with cognitive decline is in need of 24-hour care. We cannot speak highly enough of Bluebird. From my very first conversations with them, they have absolutely understood the needs of a somewhat stubborn and highly independent lady who has been very resistant to any form of outside help.
