Excellent service ongoing from Bluebird. They are all very professional and have helped with my mum and her dementia. This has also helped us as a family knowing she is settled at night and has been fed. They have also been excellent at helping out when we need extra support at a moments notice. Great allrpund

The whole team at Bluebird have been supportive in organising and maintaining my Mums care .At times it has been challenging for them but they have always acted professionally and with compassion . Bluebird have been in exceptional in every aspect. Bluebird Care have provided a professional care service for my mother for over a year. The office staff are efficient and always do their best to meet Mum's changing needs. The quality of Mum's daily care is excellent. It is a huge relief to me to know she is well looked after, even out of office hours. Bluebird have been looking after my father-in-law for two/three years now. The staff are always helpful when we need any changes or extra care. Dad loves seeing his carers. They are extremely supportive with his needs. They are kind and caring and treat him like a family member. They encourage him to do tasks as independently as he can. He is treated with respect and compassion. The family are extremely grateful for the help Bluebird support us with. Brilliant caring company.

I am extremely happy with the care that Mum receives from all your staff. She has no complaints and says all the carers are lovely! My only comment would be that I observed a member of your team "talking down" to her as if she was a child. I felt this was a bit demeaning Mum is hard of hearing without her hearing aids but perfectly lucid.

We have been with Bluebird Care for about eight years and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The caregivers are compassionate, attentive and always go the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being. We have had many positive experiences.
