Both staff in the office and carers in the field are very good at their jobs. When telephoning the office any queries, problems or just information is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The carers are always wearing the correct attire and are professional in their work and adhere to the care plan. They are respectful and cheerful and most importantly give me 'peace of mind' to know they are taking very good care of my father.

The people that come in are very professional, happy and a pleasure to have come in our home. Their timekeeping is very good and always mention any concerns. My son sometimes has difficulty in accepting new people into his life, let alone personal care, but Bluebird have been great at keeping the number of carers to as few as possible. Thanks for a great service
We have had no problems with this company. The care workers are always on time, assist my husband to his particular needs and idiosyncracies and always ask if I am OK.
