I am very fortunate and happy to have the best carers on a regular basis. They provide a high standard of person-centred care and are very reliable, often going above and beyond to help with daily tasks and covering calls when needed to provide outstanding continuity. The office staff are always polite and willing to help if changes need to be made to the usual routine. Thank you to everyone.

Very good service and all of the carers who attended my wife were excellent. We only had to leave Bluebird care as it became clear as my wife's condition deteriorated that she needed full nursing care 24/7 in a nursing home.

A very pleasant, down-to-earth experience. I'm very happy with my care and caregivers. They are always happy, cheerful and chatty with me, very caring and thorough approach. They do all I ask and they never talk over me with each other, always chatting with me and telling me what they are doing.

My carers help me daily with day-to-day tasks which, without their help, would prove difficult for me. They allow me to enjoy life as close to being normal as possible. When I'm down, they put a smile on my face, we have great laughs and fun together. Social visits are the best. Such a great company with great, friendly carers.

My dad needed extra help at home, as at 92, he has started to struggle. One lady was nominated to be our (dad, my sister and myself) link care supervisor and advisor. We met during August to discuss a care package and start date. My dad liked her straight away, and very quickly, a humorous banter was taking place.
