Since requiring help from Bluebird Care, both my husband and I have had nothing but praise for each person who comes each day, morning and evening, to see to our needs. The attention we are given has helped us both recover from difficult health issues to now giving us more social care which is fully being appreciated. The office team work very hard to ensure the care and support runs as smooth as possible and are always at the end of the phone to help.
My mum-in-law, who is 97, needs more help and assistance and cannot be on her own during the day. I will shortly be returning to work and wanted to get mum's care during the day settled before I return. I have been very impressed with the level of service. Everyone is warm, friendly and very professional when dealing with mum. She is very happy and comfortable with the level of care she is receiving.
