We have had a very positive experience with a good level of care shown by the daily carers, allied to plenty of flexibility shown by the the team in Reigate whenever changes were required. We were also kept informed whenever major issues occured.

The service provide in caring for my parents surpassed my expectaions. Everyone who has looked after them have treated them as if they were their own parents. I can not speak highly enough of them, they have restored my faith in people, its a vocation and incredibly humbling to see them at work

After a period in Hospital, Mum was able to return home with live in Carers plus a cover carer for their daily break from Sept25 to May26 as was Mums wish was to stay at home as long as possible. The family all greatly valued the patience and caring nature of the all carers, and also the time they spent socialising and playing games with Mum too. Bluebird came to our rescue when my Mum came home from a hospital stay needing a lot more care than we could provide. We struggled for 10 days trying to do it ourselves and I can honestly say I have never been more pleased to see someone than when Mercy arrived on the doorstep on the first day of care! My family has used Bluebird for over 3 years, initially for live in care for parents, and since October 2024 for twice daily visits for my mother. I have found the office team helpful and responsive. Over the last few months continuity of carers has improved significantly which has had a positive impact on my mother's well being. I have been very impressed with the quality of care and communication that as a family we have received from Bluebird Care. Every carer has been so kind, compassionate and understanding to my mum's needs. Our manager Lynsey has been incredible and supported the decisions we have needed to make, both with kindness and in a timely way. Mum has been using Bluebird agency for one month now & is very happy with the care received so far. The carers are efficient & friendly. This week have had the same carer every day, we know this is not always possible but it does help her to have continuity. Very good communication between us & the office.

Thanks to Bluebird I was able to return home from hospital earlier than if left to hospital admin - they efficiently organised a live in carer immediately with a view to a return to my usual visiting carer. I cannot thank them enough for making the transition seamless offering comfort to both myself and my family.
