I have been very impressed with the quality of care and communication that as a family we have received from Bluebird Care. Every carer has been so kind, compassionate and understanding to my mum's needs. Our manager Lynsey has been incredible and supported the decisions we have needed to make, both with kindness and in a timely way. I can't thank Bluebird Care enough, the quality of care is exceptional.

Mum has been using Bluebird agency for one month now & is very happy with the care received so far. The carers are efficient & friendly. This week have had the same carer every day, we know this is not always possible but it does help her to have continuity. Very good communication between us & the office.

Thanks to Bluebird I was able to return home from hospital earlier than if left to hospital admin - they efficiently organised a live in carer immediately with a view to a return to my usual visiting carer. I cannot thank them enough for making the transition seamless offering comfort to both myself and my family.

On the whole I am very happy with the care & attention I rec'd from all my carers. If there is a problem I always ring the office and discuss the issue. Usually it is resolved. I am hoping you can help me with my request. (Phone this week) As I am 90yrs I find I am wanting to have carers I know rather than a stream of new ones.

I have been using Bluebird for about 6 months & have found them remarkably efficient and helpful. I have no adverse criticism to make at all.

Overall, the visits have been positive experiences. I've been treated with care, patience, respect & dignity. We would definitely use your agency again.

All the ticked boxes are satisfactory. An experienced carer is particularly appreciated. All cares are keen to want to be helpful and I enjoy meeting different personalities.

The help given is very much appreciated. The staff standards vary: one or two are excellent, others are good. 1) It would help to know in advance which staff member is scheduled as cleaning/ironing jobs etc. suite some staff better than others. 2) It would also be helpful to establish a regular time for every visit so that we can establish a regular routine at our end. Realise this may not be possible due to emergencies etc. Overall, the help given by Bluebird Care is helpful and appreciated.

Most carers are conscientious and helpful. Some do not wear aprons; one doesn't remove her coat; one caused a traffic jam by parking carelessly and annoyed the neighbours!
