I have only used the service for three weeks following a fall. On the whole, I have found the carers extremely competent, kind and caring.

The carers are wonderful, sometimes the organisation is a little chaotic.

Punctual carer visits, excluding exceptional circumstances beyond their control. Exemplary care provided over tasks and personal care, as requested/required based on their own personalities. Lunch prepared extremely satisfactorily. Willing to take me on visits to shops, bank, GP appointments etc. I cannot fault any of them.

Carers arrival times can be much affected by traffic chaos and travel times allowed resulting in some tasks being no longer relevant. All carers pleasant and supportive and good humoured.

During the last three years, Bluebird Care Reigate has cared for my sister. She was cared for in a professional capacity by a great team of carers who treated her with kindness, dignity, respect and understanding of her needs. They also supported me in my capacity as her carer. If at any time I needed extra support and different times the office staff did their best to accommodate me. Just thank you all very much for all your help, especially during the last few weeks.

Delighted with the service that my dad received over the last 18 months. Very caring people. Whilst my 95-year-old Dad was the client, they were also very considerate to my 96-year-old mum. I would happily recommend them.

What a relief to find Bluebird Care Reigate! My mum has been met with kindness and respect by every single one of their staff so far. They are friendly, efficient and flexible. I have also been made to feel part of an open and understanding team working towards the same goal, and therefore feel hugely supported myself. Bluebird has been providing support for over a year and has played a major part in improving my health. The team responsible for my care have provided both physical care and encouragement by concentrating on the progress made, and practical advice on how to deal with the limitations I have following a stroke.
