Carers are always on time, wear shoe coverings and do everything asked of them.

I needed to find two live-in carers to look after my Mum, and I am so pleased I contacted Bluebird. They have all worked so hard to put a package in place in a very short time before current carers left no mean feat this close to Christmas! They did a very thorough assessment of Mum’s needs and then found two lovely ladies to carry out her care. I have just had Bluebird Care for 2 weeks after an operation on my hand and would like to convey my sincere thanks to you all. The preliminary and final visits were informative and I appreciated the flexibility to accommodate my needs. The carers were all very kind and efficient, punctual, cheerful and we had many laughs. They make me feels as if I was their only patient they never flustered or in a hurry. I shall recommend Bluebird to everyone and shall come back to you, no doubt. My father was having respite care in a care home having got very confused with a urine infection combined with Alzheimer's disease. He couldn't cope at home on his own and didn't want to stay in a care home. Bluebird very quickly set up 24/7 live-in care. His carer was absolutely fantastic, she quickly got to know him as a person. She kept him and his home immaculate and you never felt a stranger was living in his house. Unfortunately, he had a stroke and died after 8 very happy weeks in his own home.

I look forward to someone coming, companionship and someone to have a laugh with. They help to get me out and about and generally knowing someone will be here. My carers are fine and get on very well with them and enjoy spending the time with them. They are really helpful. Bluebird are great

The fact that they turn up, I have never had a case of nobody turning up or turn up too late without a phone call. I value their help that they give me, they help me with getting ready in the morning and do things that I can no longer do properly. Nothing is ever too much for them to do. They always go above and beyond to help make things easier. They are always doing the little things that others wouldn't think of and that's just great. They are very caring and I enjoy their visits very much.

Most of the help is valuable, knowing that if I can't do something someone will be coming to help me do the tasks that I struggle with. I like having someone new to chat with each day and I like them showing me their new technology. I like that nothing is too much for them and they even cook my meals at times as it's nice to know that I can take a day off every now and then, I like to be as independent as possible.

I really like knowing that someone is coming in to see me and help start me for the day. I find the girls who come all really lovely and very helpful, they are always very bright and cheerful which is really lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much. I really love that they are always happy to have a really good chat.
