I look forward to someone coming, companionship and someone to have a laugh with. They help to get me out and about and generally knowing someone will be here. My carers are fine and get on very well with them and enjoy spending the time with them. They are really helpful. Bluebird are great

The fact that they turn up, I have never had a case of nobody turning up or turn up too late without a phone call. I value their help that they give me, they help me with getting ready in the morning and do things that I can no longer do properly. Nothing is ever too much for them to do. They always go above and beyond to help make things easier. They are always doing the little things that others wouldn't think of and that's just great. They are very caring and I enjoy their visits very much.

Most of the help is valuable, knowing that if I can't do something someone will be coming to help me do the tasks that I struggle with. I like having someone new to chat with each day and I like them showing me their new technology. I like that nothing is too much for them and they even cook my meals at times as it's nice to know that I can take a day off every now and then, I like to be as independent as possible.

I really like knowing that someone is coming in to see me and help start me for the day. I find the girls who come all really lovely and very helpful, they are always very bright and cheerful which is really lovely to see. Nothing is ever too much. I really love that they are always happy to have a really good chat.

Each and every carer arrived punctually even in bad weather, snow and floods. They all used the client's first name in a friendly manner, showing interest in him as a person, not just a patient. They were gentle and concerned for the condition causing difficulties, dealing with the circumstances to the best of their ability and training.

Carers are excellent. Pleasant, helpful, interesting to chat with, friendly and of course caring. No complaints. Likewise, the office staff who keep in touch by phone.

I have found the service Bluebird provides to be professional care with kindness. I have had several different carers but have indicated I am quite happy with this arrangement and they are all capable.
