This is a new experience having carers go in to help Mum. Bluebird Care has made this a very special transition for Mum. All the carers have been excellent and I have recommended them to others. I'm happy with the carers who look after me. I've no complaints with any of the girls who care for me. I was very pleased with how quickly the extra care I needed a few weeks ago was put into place.

Initially Mum was against having daily care as she wanted to stay independent. However, has now settled into having a daily care visit and is pleased with having a daily chat with the girls. An additional unexpected bonus is that she is now getting up earlier each day (previously she wouldn't get up till 11am). Having a shower most days and preparing breakfast before the start of the daily visit. Very pleased with both the daily care and supervision.

Staff are always kind and courteous. Generally carry out all care to a good standard. Timekeeping very good so client knows when to expect someone. Any issues I feel the office listen to my concerns and action if necessary.
Bluebird Care are fantastic, really happy with my care team and manager.
