the guy who called back was very nice and professional, but when the technician came to the job site he screwed it up for the company.
Initially charged $800 for a closet flange and hose bib, ~1hr work. Should have been at most $400. They did drop it to $675 after I complained. Happy to update review if they return $275. This is my third hire on homeadvisor, first bad experience.
So overpriced! Charged $600 to install a $130 disposal. It took the tech 20 minutes I even called to ask if there was a mistake. Nope Never again

We had to purchase the garbage disposal and other parts. We presented you with an estimate of the total cost before any work was done. You were fine with everything and signed our work order giving us authorization to do the work. I am sorry you were not totally satisfied.

Tech could not locate sewer line with electronic instruments and had 10 foot hole dug in wrong place. Even after I showed him mark on street showing where line met city line. Three holes dug in my yard, looks like war zone. City made repairs necessary to restore line, this company did nothing right. Holes open over weekend and still open,

We helped you get the city involved and saved you nearly $4,000 and did not charge you for the digging in your yard to expose the broken sewer line. Charged me $77 for nothing. Cancelled the appt and got charged for it anyway. The plumber was not even done with his previous job, was not even on his way to my house yet. I am a USAF veteran and cannot afford to pay for a service I did not receive.
