This company had not 1, but 2 services men that just did not impress me! 1 guy just did not solve the problem. Guy 2 **master plumber** the cleaning up after the 1 guy, gives me an estimate of $25,000. Yes $25 thousand which I requested items list, it took him about 7 minutes in his truck to come up with this! The **Master Plumber** left a clip loose, which caused a mess for me. You want me to give you $25,000. NO !
Rip off money. Work quality is very poor; not cleaned well. Very high price. It's not worth it.
I was charged $208 to fix a blocked drain. After the Blue Frog plumber left, the drain was more (not less) blocked and there were 2 NEW leaks underneath the sink that required pans to catch the drips. I called another plumber who cleared the blocked drain, stopped the leaks and made a much more cost-effective proposal to prevent future problems with this drain. The other plumber charged 10% less.

With breaks in the sewer line and root intrusion, running a cable is a very temporary solution. Our plumbing professional did explain that without repairing the break, these things would happen and the blockage would occur again. the guy who called back was very nice and professional, but when the technician came to the job site he screwed it up for the company.
Initially charged $800 for a closet flange and hose bib, ~1hr work. Should have been at most $400. They did drop it to $675 after I complained. Happy to update review if they return $275. This is my third hire on homeadvisor, first bad experience.
So overpriced! Charged $600 to install a $130 disposal. It took the tech 20 minutes I even called to ask if there was a mistake. Nope Never again

We had to purchase the garbage disposal and other parts. We presented you with an estimate of the total cost before any work was done. You were fine with everything and signed our work order giving us authorization to do the work. I am sorry you were not totally satisfied.
