I paid 195$ for estimate for him to tell me the water leaking from refrigerator line. This was overpriced. Wanted 895$ to repair

The technician sent was Roberto. He was fantastic. He was real. He didnt try to over sell me with other possibly unnecessary services. He explained my options. I chose one and then we covered what he would do and what I should expect as a potential outcome. We also discussed price at this time before the service was performed. I paid $100 for a sales pitch towards a new water softener. All I wanted was for him to fix the leak on the fitting going to the tank. He tried to convince me I needed a new water softener from them which was $2100. I feel if he couldn't fix it they should have told me once I gave them the type of softener I had. Pretty expensive visit.

They said that the line was fixed, but it wasn't. They charge 423.00 for a line that wasn't fixed and when my son called them back they said the total amount would be 3100.00 but he never stopped the leak
