Tech could not locate sewer line with electronic instruments and had 10 foot hole dug in wrong place. Even after I showed him mark on street showing where line met city line. Three holes dug in my yard, looks like war zone. City made repairs necessary to restore line, this company did nothing right. Holes open over weekend and still open,

We helped you get the city involved and saved you nearly $4,000 and did not charge you for the digging in your yard to expose the broken sewer line. Charged me $77 for nothing. Cancelled the appt and got charged for it anyway. The plumber was not even done with his previous job, was not even on his way to my house yet. I am a USAF veteran and cannot afford to pay for a service I did not receive.

They had to send another plumber a few days later to fix what was done incorrectly. A simple tub and shower replacement should be a basic skill set of any plumber. (The second plumber did an excellent job setting the fixtures and correcting the improper install, but we also had to wait a handful of days for the correction to be made.) We provided the fixtures. The cost was extremely high and there was no break down of hourly rates or parts included in the bill. We were extremely disappointed all around.

They were there for 20 minutes to complete the job said it would take 2 hours and charged me the full 2 hours and can not tell me why.

Everything is $300+. A $30 hose was more than $325,even though it was easily accessible and would take a non professional less than 10 minutes to change. To replace a loose garbage disposal was more than $325 labor plus a significant markup on a new disposal the tech had to go get from Ferguson's charging me both time and mileage as well. What a racket. Wil not recommend.

The company refused to give me an estimate prior to the plumber showing up even though it was in the Home Advisor email I sent that I needed a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I had no idea how much it would cost. When the plumber got here and gave me the estimate it was in his computer for sink faucet replacement $300.00.
