Scratched hardwood flooring and damaged hardwood stairs from moving the water heater upstairs. They said they were going to repair it but never heard back from them. Would not recommend.
Spent about $500 per hour to get water Main repaired. When I asked if the repairman would replace the spigot handle which had sheared during the freeze and was part of the same line, he said no. ?It wasn?t part of the quote?. The company was very aware that I was diabetic and would need to eat something at noon. At 1205 I came out and told the repairman that I would be back from Subway in 15 minutes. Had a small drip emitting from the showerhead and called them. Was told it would be $55 just to look at the issue and diagnose the problem and if hired, the $55 would be included in the total repair cost. Wanted almost $600 and said they would need to replace the shower fixture (which was replaced 3 months prior BRAND NEW from a different plumber). I told them I could not afford that. Bad quality of work, the expensive price quoted, cheap materials used, was promised to have same water pressure, received half of the original water pressure after work completed, despite telling many times to fix the pipe issue, no care was shown to correct it, during backfill, the garden irrigation pipes were broken as they were not careful with stomping, had to hire people afterward to fix it, the company never called back to review the project satisfaction.
The water is still leaking. The problem still has not been resolved.
Bad attitude.
The bid was more than 2X competition. This was for an undermount sink replacement and replacement of a faucet/disposal (Labor only). Not competitive. Person bidding work was on time and courteous.
Business response:
We appreciate the feedback. Based on our communication you did not have the sink installed by a licensed plumbing company rather you used a counter company which is an unlicensed and unregulated industry so their cost to do business is far less than needed to meet the stringent requirements for plumbers in the state of Texas.
The cost was extreme for the job. I did agree to get it done and they did a good job. Discussing the cost with the owner he did agree to return a portion of a membership I did not know was a part of the cost. Your organization was part of the cost which I was told was $65.00 to him and any others you gave the lead to. I will handle future needs differently.

I am sorry you felt the price was high, I think if you shop other plumbing companies, you will find we are competitively priced. Very few owner would follow up on a small job but we value each and every customer we serve regardless the size of the job!
