The concrete work was unacceptable, but they came back and fixed it when I complained. They also left trash and chunks of concrete in my yard.
I got charged full price $285, even though they did not have to use the sneak, jiggling the camera removed the clog. They got here first so I hired them, but the next guy was going to charge only $185. I made a note not to hire them again.

Our price for clearing the drain also include a camera evaluation which most companies to not tell you until they get there and collect the first part. It is important to have the camera evaluation to see if there are roots or other problems causing the backup to permeant fixes can be made to prevent recurring problems and associated costs.
He was too forward with no compassion towards his work quick to use profanity and had a bad experience with the gentleman no means to solve what was going on and what they have done

FOR YOUR SANITY, HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER. I hired them to have my 2 bath tub/shower and valves changed. This was planned weeks ahead and the manager promised that this project would done in 4 days (first day: demolition, second day: bathtub/shower installation, third and fourth day finishing). Nothing.
Though we informed them the emergency shut off valve needed replacement, they would not quote price over the phone. Since it was leaking on the floor, we had to fix promptly. Spent $305 for about 20 minutes work, plus new valve!!!! As a physician, my time is not as well reimbursed. Guess I am in the wrong field

They took advantage of me! I had a severe 74,000gallon leak that I needed to fix right away. I called for an estimate. They couldn t provide one because they didn t know where the leak was they were there for about 30 minutes and left. They had stated that the only way to detect the leak was with a leak detection company and said they had one that was fantastic.
