Hired this company to move my girlfriend from Los Angeles to New York. The story and the price changed at every phone call, items were broken, and they stole our 70" Samsung TV and offered a settlement of $36 for it. Horrible company. Scam. Buyer BEWARE! Do not use this company for your move. They cannot be trusted. Scammers and crooks.

They split the load because they sent a small moving van by mistake. Added another van and trucks left the same day just hours later. First van arrived on schedule second van has not arrived after three weeks. First driver demanded cash not the bank certified check we offered. We have no idea where our possessions are nor a delivery date. Unacceptable delay for delivery.

I was quoted $1500.00, when the date of moving came, the movers changed it $10,000. I only wanted my bed,refrigerator and clothes. Then I asked if only my clothes came the price went back to $1500.00. Then when they finally delivered my items, the movers damaged my yard and I have been calling every day to see when they'd rectify this issue and no one has responded. Please advise.

Horrible customer service - No follow up and then the day of move they didn't show up and we had to call them 5 times to get information Do not waste your time or money. Very unprofessional!!!

I also see that when we were able to deliver You decided to cancel even though you were offered a great discount, we understand that you were in a hurry to receive your things, but we tried to deliver as soon as possible.
(This was a cross country move.) I do not recommend Blvd Moving, because move day was literally one of the worst days I have ever had, and it was because of the foreman and his crew. The foreman was very unprofessional and demeaning to me. Additionally, at least 2 of the packers had no idea what they were doing. For example, lamps with the light bulbs on them were crammed in a box with no packing paper. They used my other personal belongings as the packing material. I initially selected this company based on reviews. A huge, debilitating mistake. BLVD movers failed to deliver my items on the originally scheduled date and did not honor their commitment. What should have been a smooth move turned into an utter nightmare. I explained to the pick up movers that I would not have a bank account for a cashier's check, etc and could I pay by personal check for the entire move. Management approved. BLVD moving is such a terrible company. This is my first time moving experience in USA and I regret that I had to choose this company for my moving from CA to TX. They said all lies (that this is their every day route, they will do all the packaging (the cost is all inclusive), they are a full service company, they want long term relationship with the customer and so on).
