The staff and management are great! The salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable of their vehicles. We had many many questions and the Genius is just that.. a genius. We happened to see a small blemish on the back of the vehicle before we purchased it and the service person jumped on it and buffed it out on the spot. Each and every person we felt with throughout the process were very professional but also very personable. We highly recommend the Medford BMW dealership!!

Bought my 2018 Nissan Rogue Desiree Kodesh helped me purchase my 2018 Nissan Rogue. She was incredibly helpful in the buying process and not overly pushy to the point where I decided I wanted to buy my car from her even before I was sure which car I wanted.
