quick service when i first purchased my car here a few years ago they were great! i just had service done the other day and still wonderful customer service. they were extremely fast with the repair and getting the part i needed in. Brandon was wonderful!

Medford BMW service Car was scheduled for an oil change, also had wipers done and got the car washed. Was done very quickly and get me out of there within an hour. Was very surprised. Mike and crew were awesome as per usual.

Car Service James and Sarah were so helpful from start to end. One fix leaded to another problem and in the end all was fixed thanks to James and the team. So happy everything was caught at once so that I didn't have to bring the car in multiple times. James kept me informed and answered all my questions. Thank you for the great service!
Great service from knowledgeable friendly people! This was my first experience owning a BMW and paying for service in many years (I am a former professional mechanic at another dealership). I was apprehensive as I heard BMW's were expensive to maintain, and I have had poor quality of repair elsewhere.
