Bought a 2016 535i BMW from Justin I saw this car on your website.. Clients of mine had purchases their new 530e from your dealership. My entire experience from start to delivery of the car was pleasant, helpful, amazingly straight forward. Justin was great. Lillian their finance manager was top notch. Joe, the general manager made himself available. Can't say enough good stuff about these folks.

Service Review My personal review would involve Sara, who took my initial phone call, Mike who sat down with me when I brought the car into the BMW shop, and finally Abel, who gave me a ride back to my hotel. We were on a road trip from the San Francisco Bay Area to Medford, to visit my Mom. The car, a 328i, was losing power while climbing the Mt. Siskiyou grade. Service indicator question As I mentioned in a previous review, I AM happy with all services at Medford BMW, however I do have a question that is somewhat ironic? On two occasions, I had a service light come on after arriving home ( 62 miles) .... One service was to replace a turn signal switch, another was an Airbag recall, which was not required.
