When my husband an I were greeted by Brad he listened to our criteria of what we were looking for in a car. He immediately "got it" and met our needs in a professional and friendly way. I believe that Brad did not just sell us a car but that he sincerely wanted to make his client happy. Sammi Naoum sold us a car over 10 years ago and we were pleased to see he was back at the dealership. He was helpful, friendly, hard working, and made sure we felt well taken care of. I recently leased a 328Xi GT from the dealership. Brad Paris was able to quickly able to pull three vehicles for test drive and able to put a deal together that was attractive and able to take delivery of the vehicle in less than two weeks. I often have a hard time making a decision which is stressful. Sammi Naoum was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He is also a lot of fun! :) In fact, everyone that I met at the dealership was very nice. They make you feel comfortable.

I have had my BMW E90 serviced here for many years, so it was obvious that i would buy my next BMW here as well. Frank Sands was very knowledgeable and experienced on the 650i i acquired, and was very helpful in expediting the process. I will definitely continue to use BMW of Rochester and recommend it to all my family and friends.
