Jason was very engaging, quick and friendly. I've been to other BMW dealerships and he's the first sales person I felt comfortable with. In addition, all of my interactions with the other staff members was very enjoyable.

Everyone on their team was very helpful in helping me through the selection and final purchasing of my new 535I GT. This is the fourth BMW that I have purchased from them and each time I visit with them the car buying experience only gets better. I appreciated Sammi's professional and courteous attention to my personal needs.

Brad Paris helped me custom order a 2015 BMW 335i. I placed the order in September of 2014, and picked the car up at the dealership on November 4. Brad provided me with updates while the car was in production and in transit. Everything was hassle free. No pressure at all. And I LOVE my car!

Rating was given based on a number of factors: 1. the reception when one enters the dealership is professional and not pushy. 2. knowledge of product is very high. 3. The dealership layout is functional and colorful, open and well lit for us senior folks. 4. The staff and sales folks such as Brad Paris are well positioned with product knowledge and access to the service bay that is seamless and not always present within other dealerships. 5. I leased my 4th consecutive BMW, 3 Z4's and a 4-series all wheel drive convertible this February. I dealt with Brad Paris who I would recommend to anyone interested. He was knowledgeable of the product and most importantly seemed to really work hard to identify what I wanted and how to best meet my needs. Brad Paris is simply amazing. We have been fortunate to work with him over the last 10 years in leasing BMW's. Most recently, he assisted me in a pull ahead of my 2012 535Xi for a 2015 535Xi. Brad is always prepared to go to bat for his clients and inevitably exceeds our expectations. On a personal note, he is one of the kindest, nicest and enjoyable people you could meet on both a personal and professional basis.
