I traveled from Cleveland to purchase a car from this dealership. From the telephone conversations to the actual purchase in the showroom, I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Erick Grabruck and Scott Magyar were exemplary sales professionals. Eric Lang provided extra support. The dealer team (especially Mr. Griffin), worked extensively to make sure I was satisfied with a quality vehicle at a competitive price. We tried different vehicles, and every time, I have the opportunity to test drive all different options. Additionally, the team worked to make sure I understand the whole vehicle, even after my first service visit.
