Nothing but high praises for David Griffin and the team at BMW of Rochester Hills. Very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. We had a wonderful experience, and if the new X5 continues to impress us, we will more than likely come back for another ;) I would recommend David and the BMW of Rochester Hill to anyone looking for a BMW.

Tonya was so helpful in helping me decide on my new car. She familiarized me with all of the bells and whistles on my car, helping me learn to program music, store phone numbers and how to use the navigation system. She is extremely bright and working with her was a pleasure.

I always walk into car dealerships and feel pressured by sales associates. This was not the case here at BMW of Rochester Hills where we purchase a pre-owned vehicle. We worked with Frank, and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine. He provided me with the information needed to make a decision and left the rest to me.
