So far, I had a great experience at Bavarian BMW. My family just purchased our 3rd BMW, but the first at Bavarian. Our sales person, Frank Sands, has been a very pleasant business partner, helping us, my wife and I, to make the right decision. He provided great help and assistance during our visits at Bavarian. He has a lot of knowledge for the vehicles he is showing to his customers. Dave Griffin and the team at BMW of Rochester Hills ROCKS!!! I cannot thank Dave enough. He helped me right from picking me up from my hotel, helping me make the right BMW choice, worked with me on the rate and even introduced me to the right insurance agent. I should say that, " I chose BMW because of Dave Griffin". He made it happen. Eric Lang, Brad Paris and David H. also deserve appreciation in the entire experience. I had an opportunity to lease a 5 series from BMW of Rochester Hills this week and the experience was nothing short of excellent.I came from Mercedes where I had leased seven vehicles in a row, only to abandon the brand because of consistently poor service and generally poor business practices that work against the customer. David and Matthew were a pleasure to deal with and offered none of the typical high pressure sales techniques that many other dealerships employ. They are very professional and well organized.

The service group at BMW of Rochester Hills has set the bar extremely high for other dealership service departments. Even though I purchased my BMW 750Li through a private party, these folks have treated me like I have been purchasing from them for a lifetime. I hired them to do a "pre-sale inspection" on the BMW vehicles I was making my selection from and I used their results to make my decision on which one to purchase.
