You can tell this is an outstanding dealership from the moment you drive into the parking lot. Organized lot great selection and nothing but outstanding service. My wife and I bought our first BMW earlier today. Richard took the time to make sure that we received the features we wanted and did all that he good to make sure we reached a fair price. Frank Sands was very patient in explaining every feature of the car and answering any questions that we had. The previous BMW that we had owned, we got from Erhard, but Frank blew us away and we will definitely be coming back in the future.
