This was the third time in 6 years that I have come to this dealership looking for a car. The first two times (6 and 3 years ago, respectively), I left empty handed. From start to finish, David and the team at Rochester Hills BMW gave me one of my best auto buying experiences. From order to delivery, David did an awesome job keeping me abreast of the entire process. The Rochester Hills team even let me drop ship my own winter tire/wheel set and had them installed for delivery. I was expecting an exceptional vehicle but I am very happy to say that the purchase experience was just as exceptional.
