Matthew and Richard's dedication to the brand is what sold me on BMW. My search was was between two automakers, Audi and BMW. After test diving the S7, I went to see Matthew and Richard to look at the 650i. The cars were comparable, but the passion at BMW was unmatched. The hand-off was another excellent experience. Richard went through the entire car inside and out and contacted me the next day to ask if I was in need of any other assistance. Outstanding experience overall. Thank you.
My wife and I just purchased our first BMW from Eriick Grabruck on Monday and he was just excellent to deal with. Before we left with our car he went over everything with us about the car, from programing the stero to what we need to do if we ever need a tow. We will definitly be back when we need another vehicle.

Erick Grabruck did a great job securing the vehicle I wanted. He was helpful during the negotiations and followed up several times both during and after the sale. In addition, I had an issue with a couple of items on the vehicle and Erick was prompt in returning my call and providing solutions. Ultimately, the issues were resolved based on Erick's direction.
