We have owned 5 BMWs from 4 dealerships and this has been the absolute worst BMW and in general dealership I have ever dealt with. I originally leased and then bought my car there. Took my car there with a problem that was misdiagnosed. I was told several times that there was no problem with my car. After 3 months and $800 in unnecessary repairs, the true problem (bad wheel bearing) was fixed under warranty, only due to my persistence.
