I had a fantastic experience recently with Bavarian BMW in Shelby Township, MI. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was at this dealership. This is my second BMW and I could not be happier, the staff was great. The customer service at Bavarian is incredible. At both locations. I always leave satisfied. The incentives are great, the little tokens of appreciation are awesome ( my BMW umbrella, coffe mug and keys chains). The financial service is always willing to work with you and always offer a solution that has the customer best interest. My cousin now owns a BMW 328i because I am always praising my satisfaction with BMW. This is my 4th BMW and as long as God willing, I will always drive a BMW.
My salesman, Frank (Sands) Sandomierski was very through, he explained everything that the vehicle offered. I didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase on the spot. The overall experience from the salespeople, service and the finance department was very professional and I look forward to the next time I go back.

i bought my 2009 bmw 328i xdrive from this dealership. This dealership is great and staff is very professional they work with the price for me and i got a great deal on this vehicle. My first stop was "Suburb Cad" (name obscured to avoid inadvertent offense) in which I was familiar with and it seems as though the staff had changed because I felt rushed and even as if i was bothersome.
