I have always had my car serviced at BMW of Rochester Hills. This latest time I was applauded and feel like I was involved in a scheme to extort money from me for unneeded repairs. I agreed to have regular maintenance items done and then a full inspection completed for my 75K service checkup. They of course did all the maintenance repairs prior to calling me and telling me I needed to replace my upper and lower oil pan gaskets and the oil pump as they were leaking. Very arrogant staff, pompous egoistic and snobbish that they work at BMW. Will not help you unless you are buying a car from them. I had taken my 2006 BMW in for a check-up cause my mileage dropped several points. (report reads: acceleration and gas mileage have dropped please diagnose) 1. The representative when I went in was very arrogant made me wait for about 15-20 minutes even though he wasn't busy with another customer. 2. They delivered a car that wasn't cleaned on the inside, was scuffed & scratched up on the outside and that broke down in less than a week. Awesome BMW experience. Oh, and their service department was useless when I needed them to be professional and helpful.

They're really nice until you buy a car from them. After that, they are incredibly rude to their customers. I am really disappointed with BMW of Rochester Hills and will no longer be recommending them to others.
I will not be going back to this BMW dealership again. I have had nothing but bad customer service the past 2 times Ive had to bring my CERTIFIED BMW. I was treated like I was unimportant. I had the same problem within a month of getting it fixed. The explanation given to me when I specified that I was not happy is unacceptable and goes along the lines of "its a car works like a human body, you have a problem, I fix it". The dealer treats you like he is giving the vehicle for free. Doesn't know how to talk with a customer. If any one consider to buy a car from this dealer make sure to take in writing every commitment they do before delivering the car, because the manager asked me if I any anything in writing to provide. The moment I took the car out of the parking lot I got a warning sign of "low tire pressure". They don't inspect before delivering the car and once it is out of the lot they don't care of the buyer.

I don't even have enough time to describe how terrible this dealership is and how not helpful they are. The receptionist should run the place, she is wonderful.
