My experience with Eric Lang and Bavarian BMW was top notch. They made this deal flow so smoothly. I have never had a more positive buying experience. I have never been to a car dealership where the guy running the store was on the showroom and willing to take care of a customer. He went over the car, took us on a test drive, showed us the whole store, it wasn't until we went to his office until we realized he was in charge of the store, he was like everyone else, friendly and helpful. To me, thats taking care of business.
Great Dealership their sales staff are really nice and helpful. They have a great selection of BMW cars, for a good price. I been to 2 other BMW dealer's and this one was the best.

This is the 2nd time I have my worst service at this dealer and worst advisor Ben E. who charged me foe service was not performed, very disappointed and will never go to this dealer or recommend to any one. My car never looked at till 4th. day, for 1 week after I was calling for updates and leaving messages no, answer fro the service counter.

"Every time I have vehicle service it is a hassle...." Every time I have vehicle service it is a hassle. Prolonged turn around time from start to completion. Extremely poor communication between service personal and customers.The only bonus is the kind, and friendly valet service employees!
