Erick at Bavarian BMW always returned my calls quickly. Despite this being a long distance car buying experience, it was the most competitive sales offer, the best customer service experience and the easiest vehicle purchase my wife or I have ever experienced. We had a great experience when purchasing our new BMW 3 Series vehicle. We worked closely with Frank Sandomierski, who has a great wealth of knowledge not only regarding the vehicle that we purchased, but for two other models we had looked at in comparison. He was pleasant and patient as we worked through the decision making. We would definatly recommend him as a sales person should we know of any other clients or friends looking to purchase a new BMW.

My husband and I had a great experience at Bavarian BMW. The atmosphere was very inviting and all the staff were very friendly. We highly recommend working with Frank Sandomierski. He was very thorough in explaining the different functions of the vehicles. He listened and answered our questions and was very patient while we made our final decision. Working with him made our car buying experience a great one!

I had such a positive experience at this dealership I couldn't be more pleased. I am a very skeptical person when it comes to car shopping and I have a very difficult time trusting sellers, here at Bavarian they showed and explained everything very clearly to us and I know that I wasn't taken. We did a lot of shopping around before here and was very happy with the price we got on the car here. To anyone that is looking for once of the greatest new car experiences ever, I would highly recommend both Bavarian BMW and Frank Sandomierski. Eric and Frank Sands were great to work with, and i would recommend anyone to go to Bavarian BMW and deal with them. We found the car via internet, and after a couple of test drives, pounced on it. Eric and Frank walked us through every detail of the car, how to use every function, and were very patient and thorough. Service is very good.

This is our thirds BMW through this dealership. This time Frank Sands helped us getting our car. I really greatly appreciated Frank's help in getting the car I wanted. He was extremely efficient,professional without having to be pushy or agressive as some sales advisors can be. Just had a call from Stuart, in your service department, letting me know about a recall issue with my car. The call was a pleasant surprise and Stuart was as professional in explaining the issue and setting up my appointment as I could have hoped.
