I purchased a new BMW (Bavarian BMW) as an out of state (CA) buyer. Overall this was a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

He not only takes the time to get to know his clients, he also makes sure you see all options available, so you are confident in your final decision. I've purchased and or leased various vehicles from Bavarian numerous times and they have always been able to get me into the vehicle I wanted and at the price i needed to reach. Frank did an excellent job of yet once again getting into what I was looking for and at the price i needed to be at. Service has always been a smooth and seamless process that is when I actually needed it. Usually it was only for scheduled maintenance
After much research and looking, my wife decided she wanted BMW X1. Being a new model we were expecting to have to buy new for the popular color (Valencia Orange) and equipment how we wanted. Erick found us a dealer loan vehicle, just coming up for sale, equipped close to what we wanted at a very reasonable price. There was never a push to buy new over used and the whole experience was handled quickly and professionally. Thanks Erick and the staff at Bavarian BMW.
Overall great experience. Friendly at every encounter. Did his best to find the right car and price for me, the end goal was not perfect but close. Hope to do business with Bavarian BMW again in future
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, especially Mr. Bell, great customer service, they accepted my car as a trade in with no issues and took care of my loan with the bank without any effort on my part. They even sent me a letter so that I can register my car in a different state when they knew I was moving before I even realized I needed it.
Great service, very responsive, great price. What else could you ask for? I would definately recommend working with Bavarian BMW. All of my expectations were met so I will return in the future.
I spent a lot of time researching which new vehicle I wanted that would be the best for my situation. Additionally, I travel for work much of the time, so my availability was very limited. I worked with Richard Bell who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and there were no "pressure sales" behaviors. He acted as a guide through the process and even indicated some competing vehicles that I should test drive to compare.
