I had a great experience with BMW of Rochester Hill and David Griffen. I worked with David from out of state and he was able to work with me over the phone to get exactly the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. I received nothing but excellent customer service from arriving at BMW of Rochester Hill to driving away with my new car.
I have obtained three vehicles back to 2011 through Erick Grabruck at BMW of Rochester Hills. His service has been outstanding each time. I can not recommend him highly enough. Erick is exceptionally response, and I ask many questions! He always lets me know that he has received my voicemail or email and let's me know the timing on a response. Well again nice experience with Mr Frank Sands. Actually our third experience in recent years and all three have been straight forward without an issue. Another thing that keeps me coming back is the service department. Mike Tatti and Steve S. have always been very efficient when I drop my car off. Explain thouroughly and take care of business. My wife has had the same experiences with them. Then how could I forget Stewart who greets you.
