I went to several BMW dealerships around my home before I went to BMW of Rochester Hills and the attendance from this dealership was fantastic! I had a great experience with the salesman Erick Grabruck. The sale was very friendly and very transparent. Me and my wife was treated as a customer is expected to be. Thank you very much, because I'm so happy with my new car!
My experience at this dealership for my new BMW was nothing short of exceptional. They have amazing customer service and attention to detail. I worked with Tonya Murray who was always willing to address any issues I had during the leasing process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was also introduced to Matthew Vanaza, the dealership manager, who was very flexible with the vehicle delivery date. Overall, this is a fantastic dealership and I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit them.

David Griffin was an amazing salesperson , whom had exceeded my expectations for customer service . He was patient in guiding me through the whole buying process , even assisted me in limb learning how to operate all of the features in my new vehicle ! Highly recommended .

Upon having my 2007 BMW X3 towed in for mechanical issues I had no idea that I would be driving out in a 2017 BMW X1! Thanks to Tonya and Matt! Very friendly and courteous not something you would expect from such a high profile dealer such as BMW! My son is driving a Lexus and stated that he's seriously thinking of a BMW!
