Richard was great and an honest salesperson to deal with. I leased a new X3 with him and I am very pleased with the whole experience. I felt like I received a fair deal and great customer service. I too drove about an hour from home but was worth the drive. The drive back was even better in my new car!

We are international students and David helped us to go through all the issues came up. He was very friendly and handled everything quickly without letting us to wait for many hours. We were struggling to get the insurance done since we didn't have the driving history in US and we really did not know about insurance companies here. He helped us on that too.
