We worked with Tonya on our previous lease, same as before our new purchase experience this time was also great. She was very helpful and accommodating during the process. The car was ready at the scheduled time and delivered in a great condition. She always offers help and follow-up after the purchase.
My Sales Person, Tonya Murray and the entire staff were friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciated the guidance she provided in assisting me in the decisions I needed to make from selection of the right model to choosing to lease or buy. While they seen to be quite busy, there was always time for me.
Great buying experience. Tonya was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, very professional. She checked back with me the day after I purchased my X3 to see if I had any questions and offered to give me a short training session on all the technology. I am one of those old guys who has my grand-kids try to teach me new technology so I will be getting back to Tonya for more knowledge and advice.
Erick Grabruck was fantastic to deal with. I found exactly the car I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Eric and BMW or Rochester hills. I had an excellent experience and would do business with them again.

As a new customer to the BMW brand I was not sure how to set my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice and helpful Dave and team made the car-buying experience. I particularly appreciated the in- vehicle training session. Dave was patient and clear in teaching me all about the technology and functionality of my new car. All others (finance and dealership GM) were great as well. I didn't feel any pressure to buy something I did t want or need. Overall positive experience.

My first experience purchasing a certified pre-owned BMW was excellent thanks to Frank Sands and the Team at BMW of Rochester Hills.
