We enjoyed our car buying experience at this dealership. Our sales rep Frank Sands worked really hard and got us a great car. The whole process was so simple and smooth. After the purchase he took extra time to go over some of the features of the car, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills and working with Frank was a breeze .
I traveled to Michigan from Pennsylvania to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Rochester Hills and was pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, and my salesman, Erick Grabruck, was professional and prompt with the several email exchanges we had to line up the deal. I wouldn't have considered making the trip there if it weren't for Erick's willingness to make the online shopping experience painless and hassle-free. From the beginning I have found this dealership to be very attentive to the requests/needs we have had regarding both of our vehicles.....a 5 series and a 3 series. So much so that after the leases came to term we purchased both vehicles. Though I live only a few blocks from a competing BMW dealership I chose to go to this one due to the personal nature of the staff.
I started shopping for my BMW 2 years ago and after going to other dealerships, and then going to BMW of Rochester Hills, I couldn't imagine going to any other dealer but this one. I had a wish list of what I wanted and received everything and more to fit my budget. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, from Wayne Youngblood, to my salesman Sammi Naoum, to Jonathan Carlini, the BMW tech. I was impressed by their knowledge and experience.
My journey to my first BMW began one week ago....I had no idea from the prior week that I would be purchasing a vehicle, let alone a dream car of mine --- the BMW i3. Working with David was a treat. He did an awesome job helping us with the selection and purchase. In particular, we appreciated his patience, enthusiasm, and care in thoroughly and thoughtfully answering our questions (of which there were many, some requiring a good bit of work his part.) Many dealers advertise a "family" experience, but that was exactly how it was with David.
