Sami was our sales consultant and he was extremely helpful which made our buying experience easy and enjoyable. Sami took time out to set up the BMW app. on my phone and showed me the options to the car.

Thank you Eric, you sold me my very first and now my third Ultimate Driving Machine. I especially appreciate the fact that you went out of your way to work me into your schedule and finances schedule when I made no appointments for the test drive or purchase. To be honest, my original intentions were just to stop n say hi, see what the car looked like in person as opposed to internet photo's and possibly take it for a ride...lol... We just purchased a new BMW Series 3 from BMW of Rochester Hills. We got a great deal. We really like all of the people we worked with at the dealership, including our client advisor, Tonya Murray, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager. After visiting three other dealerships and asking many of the same questions, David Griffin was the most knowledgeable, accurate and professional of all of the sales personnel. His follow up from the time of my order until delivery was timely and anticipatory of my schedule. He researched several money saving approaches and found ways to save me money which was most appreciated. David has my highest recommendation.
