I had a great experience at the BMW dealership of Rochester Hills. Sammi Naoum was very helpful and flexible with my schedule, as I had to commute from West Michigan to purchase my vehicle.
This is my first BMW and first experience with BMW of Rochester Hills. The staff is very professional. I worked directly with Tonya Murray, who was most helpful, even picking me up at home to get me to the dealership. The follow-up customer service is greatly appreciated.
