This is a beautiful dealership with very kind and extremely professional personnel. Tonya Murray was the salesperson who listened to my needs and quickly matched me with the car that I leased. I would recommend that anyone who needs a car would be very well served by working with Tonya and BMW pf Rochester Hills.
We had a very good experience at this dealership. David was most helpful in explaining their inventory and the various options of each car. At no time did we feel pushed to make a decision, and David was very calm and patient. Once we closed on the car, David spent another 30+ minutes to explain the specific features of the car. 2nd BMW in 3 months and Sammi worked through the process seamlessly , friendly and courtesy extended by entire staff was welcoming. Worth the visit for sure.
Will definitely shop again and continue to schedule service at BMW of Rochester Hills. The interior of the facility has been remodeled recently and allows more vehicle styles to be viewed during inclement weather inside the building ( A real plus for leases maturing during the snowy winter months or simply for shopping during rainy weather ).
Very friendly and responsive staff. Would've liked to have a bit more negotiating leeway, but overall fair process. I appreciated the attention of upper management - it was very welcoming.
